These lentils are then harvested and processed where some are packed as whole lentils while others are peeled, split and then packed under strict specifications and quality control before being shipped.

Lentils come in different colors and sizes from different origins of the world. Lentils are of many varieties that differ in consumption between countries. We at Grams and Tons import the types of lentils that Lebanon and its neighboring countries consume, which are Whole Green Lentils like Laird and Easton, Whole Red Lentils like Crimson and Northfield, and Split Lentils.
